Private Consultation and Coaching Refund Policy

No private consultation is conducted with any person 25 years old or younger without parental presence and permission. The purchase of a private consultation or product indicates that you acknowledge you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this site.
Session participation—whether purchased or gifted—is voluntary, and the recipient's responsibility for their health to seek professional medical, dental, psychological, and religious support as needed.
No educational information or material provided through private consultation or material offered on this site is a substitute for professional medical, dental, psychological, or other healthcare means. You take full responsibility for your health care and hold Laura Alden Kamm, International, LLC its agents and affiliates harmless.
Payment is required before consultation or mentoring services are rendered. Any private consultations or small group coaching services performed by Laura Alden Kamm are non-refundable. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy to cancel or reschedule your private consultation.

Product/Service Terms and Conditions
All sales of LauraKamm.com products are final. Prices for private consultation services, hard copy products, digital products, and live events offered at LauraKamm.com may change anytime. LauraKamm.com does not provide price protection, compensation, or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
All private individual or small group coaching, mentoring, or consulting with Laura Alden Kamm is nonrefundable.
Online Audio and Video Products
All online products are offered digitally and can be viewed live on our digital platform. Courses are not downloadable, but some accompanying supplemental/educational items may be downloadable PDFs or mp3s. You can listen and watch on any stationary or mobile device. LauraKamm.com does not offer DVDs or CDs other than those contracted with a traditional publisher.
Digital Products Policy
Some digital products, which include audio/video programs, single visualizations, and a select few online courses, are nonrefundable. All material on laurakamm.com, in any format, audio, text, or video images, is intellectual property and copyrighted by law to Laura Alden Kamm International, LLC. By completing your purchase transaction, you acknowledge and agree that you have read the product description and understand the nature of the product’s educational offering, along with its non-refundable or refundable status.
Event Cancellation Policy
All sales are final for live events. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
