I’m in session. My intuitive mind slowly moves down the inside passage of an esophagus. I’m observing if anything arises and makes its presence known. It could be inflammation, distortions in tissue, nerve dysfunction, or the opposites.
It’s all unknown to the intuitive beginner’s mind.
Intuition seeks out that which is in harmony and out of harmony at varying perceptual levels and degrees of scale and scope.
I’m down near for the esophageal sphincter and because intuition is such an adaptable boundary-less skill, I’m simultaneously observing both inside and outside the esophagus. Looking at blood flow, nerves within the wall, and other sections of tissue.
Then, it happens. Observing without pretense, anticipation, or an intention to look for a specific thing or something I may have seen before ... “It” shows up. As Obi-Wan says in the movie Star Wars, “There’s a tremor in the Force.”
My attention is...
I'm standing on the corner 77th St. and 3rd Ave. in New York City. It's always busy. It's always noisy. New Yorkers are oddly quieted by the symphony of horns, the subway’s swooshing rattle popping up through the steel grates on the sidewalk, and the whoop whoop whoop of sirens.
They are the sounds of home in the City.
School just let out. I left my apartment to hunt and gather for my dinner. A couple of middle school kids stood beside me at the corner.
Like a rubberized superhero in a movie who, while standing in a static position in the midst of chaos, I was intuitively drawn out of my body and hovered above the fray to feel an ominous coming.
“What’s going on this time?”
The WALK sign flashed in our direction and it was clear to go; yet, it wasn’t!
I landed back in my body just in time to break free from my New York street cocoon and said,” Hey kids, wait!”
My right arms stretched out as if I was in my car protecting my...
In her book, The Power of Intention, Lynne McTaggart writes about a study directed by Dr. Elizabeth Targ. The study was conducted by the California Pacific Medical Center, funded by the N.I.H. (National Institute of Health.)
This rigorous study investigated the efficacy of remote healing and prayer on advanced HIV/AIDS patients.
Forty healers were invited to participate in the study, which took place over several years.
I was one of those healers.
During the sessions conducted in the study, I'd record my activities, such as various protocols unique to my work, healing methods, and other data.
I’d sit quietly in my home with an image of my person. Using various methods, I’d focus on kindness, healing, navigating energy and physical anatomy, as well as intentional words toward their body’s wellness and the beauty of their life.
Healing is a dance between Thy Will and my will.
It was a powerful and changing experience for me. I prayed it was for my...
You’ve hopped into your car, fresh from the dentist’s chair. The shrill reverb of the drill echos in your ears. The slurping sound of the suction tube makes your jaw tighter still. Muted office chatter, which stealthily soaked into your nervous system feels like a spoon blending all of that commotion together.
ARGH!
Now, you have to drive your poked and prodded gums into traffic and get back to your day! Er, right… “I need a nap.” your body whimpers.
Take this situation or anything else that feels uncomfortable and chafing — you know your nervous system has been impacted, small or significant.
We think we’re impervious to the pressure of our high-tech world. News channels bark angry stir-the-pot opinions and commentary, because … you know, breaking news rarely happens. They can’t have dead air. Somebody has got to comment on something.
We silently keep telling ourselves that we can handle all of this. However, we...
Here we go! This week I'm going to share with you the highest level of empathy, which also gives you the most detailed pockets of empathic info.
This level is also the most user-friendly and safest feeling intuitive empathy you can obtain.
But before we dive into this new level, let's recap. Over the past several weeks I’ve thin-sliced intuitive empathic skills, levels, and experiences we all encounter as we move through different degrees of empathy.
Remember, everyone has empathy — that inborn state of being and feeling. Empathy is tied to our capacity to feel happiness for someone else's success and joy.
On the other end of that continuum, empathy allows us to feel another's sorrow, anger, or grief in difficult times.
However, when your natural state of empathy is highly responsive, you have qualities that move you into the category of being an Empath.
There are many qualities, strengths, enervations, and categories regarding being an empath. Briefly, the primary...
Empathy can be tricky. Debilitating. Emotionally freezing. When we get zapped with energy from being slighted at work, shamed on social media, or saturated with someone’s chaotic energy we feel overwhelmed!
We women, need to understand and awaken this superpower so that we can unfreeze our creative juices, move in the direction that our soul guides us, and live our most fulfilling life.
We need to intuitively lift our skills so we don’t feel overwhelmed to the degree that we’re gripping our toes into the floor to hold steady. You know what I’m talking about … such an uncomfortable and unnerving feeling!
If we don’t move our intuitive skills up the ladder, we cannot heal the following:
Overwhelm
People-pleasing
Dream-stalling/killing
Poor gut health (This is a biggie!)
Playing small
Inflammation, both physical and emotional
Low self-esteem
Loss of our Spirit’s lifeline
Debilitated by others expectations of us
self-sacrificing
Endless...
Perhaps, breaking all of this down for you may feel a bit heady. Yet, when you’re suffering; when you believe that you have no power to change your circumstances; when you’re sick, sad, or financially challenged there is no better direction to go than within.
You’ve probably heard of the Law of Attraction. Fun stuff, right? If you want to attract your soul’s and heart’s desire, well, you need to know what’s coming into your energy field. That’s the unseen world.
To tap into the unseen world, you need to go within. You must enter into your powerful intuitive system in order to gather information for new awarenesses and self-healing.
What I know is that when you understand the relevant details that are teaming in the unseen world, unnecessary pressure is released; along with the suffering provoked by fear of the unknown — the worry over what’s happening and what’s next.
That is why you awaken and keep...
“Without expectations or explanations, become the silence. The silence will morph into knowing, and seeing, and hearing, and deep feeling.”

You're sitting in your favorite TV spot. Snuggled in, the remote is at the ready. You're prepped for a quiet binge of a yummy Netflix show.
One more wiggle and your body lets go of a sigh. Finally … your time.
You're immersed in the show when an odd feeling seems to come out of nowhere. You get a quick flutter of electricity; maybe it’s a bristling sensation. It’s rather indescribable.
It’s also disconcerting.
You can't quite tell whether it's rising up from within or if it's coming toward you.
Your body shivers. Tingles scoot up the nape of your neck. You might feel flushed. Your belly churns, like you just agreed to take a seat on the world’s largest roller coaster.
You feel dizzy, but you’re not spinning. Nor is the room. You’re feeling...
Empaths, like you, are here to make a difference in the world.
For me, hanging out with empaths usually comes within the context of a medical intuitive assessment, in which I intuitively see the high degrees of responsiveness that my client’s nervous system has. Tale-tell signs of a person’s degree of empathy.
Most human beings have some degree of empathy — the ability to understand another person’s feelings; being aware of what they’re going through.
However, empaths are different creatures. Empaths absorb the other person’s energy and feelings and they are impacted more viscerally.
Empaths don't have the same degree of fortitude or filters as do others. Yet, they can cultivate higher sturdier degrees of this gift.
Empaths are permeable membrane-like creatures, endowed with gifted skills such as art, creative problem solving, piercing analytical skills, activism, and humanity/earth-saving insights and passions.
Empaths are natural energetic...
The empathic rebel.
I’m one, for sure. I bet some part, if not all of you, is one too.
An empathic rebel is confident, if not fearless, when it comes to their intuitive skills. They know they have work to do in the world that uses their intuition, empathy, and compassion.
An emphatic rebel trust the feelings they receive through the ethers, electromagnetic fields, and their body’s systems, allowing them to feel what is here and now and what potential is on the horizon.
An empathic rebel knows their own intuitive system. What works. What doesn’t work for them and has the #1 rule in place? It helps an empath to be happy and confident.
It’s a paradox for the rebel.
So what’s the#1 Rule? It is that THEY HAVE RULES!
It’s not easy to be empathic. Especially in a busy rushing life within a high-tech world. Continuous streams of WiFi are penetrating everything.
Your nervous system can certainly feel it; and for some physical empaths, it’s no...
